Honestly I think RINOs aren't a threat to losing our country as much DEI - diversity, equity, inclusion - is. We are hellbent on following their former destructive habits of using politics instead of merit to staff our universities, government, corporations, and military. The degree to which the U.S. survives DEI depends on either how quickly it is discarded, Victor Davis Hanson wrote: "Our future hinges on how quickly we discard DEI orthodoxy and simply make empirical decisions to stop printing money, deter enemies abroad, enforce our laws, punish criminals, secure the border, reboot the military, regain energy independence, and judge citizens on their character and talent and not their appearance and politics—at least if it is not already too late."
Codified into law? don't think so. Although I forgot the source I do recall that in the summer of last year I read that DEI was falling out of favor among corporate leaders pushing back against DEI inclusion INITIATIVES. Thousands of diversity-focused workers had been laid off since 2022. You've read recently about BOEING and its continuous series of plane breakdowns and accidents where people were injured. Reason is because Boeing hired by DEI, not merit or skills. Numbers of Americans now have second thoughts about flying on Boeing planes as a result. This is how DEI will be stopped.
Yes there is a backlash but it's still going on. Economic pressure is the only thing that will work. Backlash against Blackrock for their ESG investing approach. Ultimately it's get woke and go broke. But ideology runs deep in some of these people.

But who is stopping DEI? It's now codified into law thanks to many useful idiot Republicans. Once upon a time DEI was just a theory. Now it's law.
